Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, with original packaging and proof of purchase.

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to return your item. Returns sent without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please request a return first. Once the return has been approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
